7. Video Hosting (bunny.net)
To deliver video content, we use the service bunny.net provided by BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia.
When you access pages with embedded videos, data (e.g. IP address, technical browser information) is automatically transmitted to bunny.net servers. This is technically necessary to deliver and optimise the video content.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of video content). Please note that when videos load automatically, data is transmitted to bunny.net upon page load, before any consent is given. If you wish to prevent this, we recommend disabling JavaScript in your browser or contacting us to request a two-click solution.

8. Transfer of Data to Third Countries
Some of the services mentioned above (in particular Google and Meta) may transfer data to countries outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq.
